Mr. Farrell began serving on the Perry Board of Education in January 2004. A Perry resident since 1999, Mr. Farrell is a frequent volunteer in the elementary school and has coached both youth baseball and youth soccer. He currently serves as a member of the School Finance Task Force and the Perry Area Recreation Board. Matt’s wife Kelly is a Perry High School Alumnus. They have three children attending Perry Schools.

Matt enjoys working on home projects and also likes music, exercise and sports.  He is “Mr. Mom” and also Vice-President of Design Room Creative.

Mrs. Hacking is a 1996 graduate from Snow College.  She currently operates and manages Albrecht Dental Laboratory.  She enjoys managing her in-office dental laboratory located in her family’s dental practice, Dr. Rusty M. Albrecht  in Concord.

Mrs. Hacking and her husband, Tim Hacking, are active in the Perry community volunteering as coaches for various youth programs.   Mrs. Hacking is an active PTA member and a director of Perry High School’s Alumni Association.  She currently serves as a youth teacher at her church in Perry.  Mrs. Hacking was a former co-director of the PWL Clothing Room.  In 2009, Mrs. Hacking was a member of the Perry Local Schools Money Matters Committee.

Mrs. Hacking loves being a wife and mother to her four children.  Her favorite activity is spending time with her family and friends.  She spends many warm days boating and water skiing with her family on their boat.  She also enjoys gardening, traveling, playing sports, and event planning.

Mrs. Suanne Sines, Board Member

Mrs. Sines began serving on the Perry Board of Education in January 2006. A Perry resident since 1977, Mrs Sines and her husband, Ray have three daughters who graduated from Perry High School, as well as two grandchildren who currently attend Perry Schools. Ray is a Perry High School Alumnus and a member of the Perry Alumni Distinguished Hall of Fame.

Suanne is the Chief Financial Officer for Sines, Inc located in Perry and has a special interest in finances and government.  She counts sewing, sudoku puzzles and horses among her hobbies.

Mr. Mark Welch, Board Member

Mr. Welch began serving on the Perry Board of Education in January 2012. He graduated from Harvey High School in 1977.  Mark and his wife, Kathy, moved here in 1989. They have six children, two that graduated from Perry and four still attending Perry Schools.

Mr. Welch has been active in the community working with the Lake County Historical Society for fifteen years. He is also serving on the Perry Township Zoning Board, serves on the Land Use and Zoning for the County, and is a Perry Township representative on the Lake County Coastal Planning Board.  

Mr. Welch worked for 30 years at Casement Golf Course and is currently employed with Lake Metroparks.  He enjoys working outside and walking in the parks.
