PERRY PTA NEEDS YOUR HELP!
Perry PTA needs volunteers and cannot continue to help the schools without you, specifically in the following areas:
Membership Director, Scores Bowling, Activities and Market Day, which needs help immediately! You don't have to do it alone. If there is a group of you that wants to tackle one of these, the easier it will be on each of you.
PTA does many things behind the scenes at school that you may not be aware of. Market Day generates revenue that helps fund various student activities, programs and technology. Without Market Day, we may not be able to continue to support everything we have in the past.

Throughout the year, PTA will need several volunteers for activities, dances, events, etc. If you are interested in volunteering for these activities, please contact Glynis at: perrypositivepta@yahoo.com.

PTA MEETINGS:
Everyone is welcome to attend the next Perry PTA meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 14, at 7:00 pm, at Manchester West. Hope to see you there!
Upcoming meetings:
Feb. 14
March 13 - Reflections Gala
April 10 - Nominations
May 8 - Elections
June 12 - Propose budget for 2012-13
July 10 - Approve proposed budget, newly elected board members assume their positions July 1
All meetings are held at Manchester West at 7 pm.
Babysitters are available at the meetings.
All are encouraged to attend. Your input is valuable!

Grade Divisions:
- Primary- K-2
- Intermediate- grades 3-5
- Middle/Juniors- grades 6-8
- Seniors- grades 9-12
Art and English teachers, as well as counselors, will have rules and entry forms as soon as they become available.
Market Day:
Market Day is a wonderful way to buy delicious, healthy foods for your family while supporting your school. A portion of the monthly sales is given back to the PTA. You can place your order online or through the school. Market Day also accepts the Ohio Directional Card. Please call Cher Culliton at 440-259-2868, if you have any questions.
Volunteers are needed on pick-up days from 4:00 PM, to approximately 6:30 PM, with 4:00 PM, being the busiest time. Any time you can give to this valuable project will be greatly appreciated. Please contact Cher with your availability or questions.

Scholarships for Seniors:
Three PTA scholarships are awarded each year to Perry High School seniors. Parents or student are required to be a PTA member by January 31, 2012. Information is available in the PHS Guidance Office and senior homerooms. Click here for application form. Deadline to apply is March 27, 2012.
